Jon and his Precision Contractor team were amazing and all I could have hoped for in a contractor. Jon is highly communicative about the work, what's going on, what to expect, when to expect anything to happen, exactly why anything is delayed, and if he has any questions to make sure he is meeting our needs and wants. Communications are often accompanied with pictures of the work in progress -- which are very useful now that the work is done because it allows us to have a record of what is behind the walls like where there are wires and pipes. Precision Contractor just finished a project at my house and I’m so happy to have found them! In order to bring our house up to code to get a Certificate of Occupancy, the City of Poughkeepsie was requiring us to have our garage drywalled and fire-sealed, and add additional balusters to our exterior deck staircases. I first reached out to Precision on a Saturday evening, and I got a call from the owner, Jon the next morning. He came over a few hours later to see the scope of what had to be done, sent me an estimate that same day, and then the crew started the work a few days later. Precision Contractor Construction did an Outstanding job restoring the plaster walls and ceilings in my historic home. They consulted with me on the best way to maintain the historic look of the 150 year old plaster walls. Enrique and his crew were very respectful of my home.
