Precision Flooring recently helped me install a new carpet on my second floor. The whole process went smoothly. They did the purchase and installation within a few weeks. Don was easy to communicate with. Fred was friendly and professional on the installation day. I am very satisfied with the result.

They were quick to provide a bid and repair a large area of wood flooring with water damage. They installed new wood where needed and expertly refinished the entire room, blending the floor seamlessly with the existing wood in the entryway. This was a major concern since we couldn’t refinish all the wood flooring that the space transitioned into, and the older flooring had a unique patina. However, the job turned out far better than we expected. They did a fantastic job, were easy to work with, and communicated well about the scope of the work. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Precision Flooring. After filling out their online form, I quickly received an e-mail discussing the next steps. The communication was very quick and extremely helpful. The showroom is nice and has many options to choose from. Donnie was able to listen to what we were looking for, give us different options, and work with our budget. His expertise was greatly appreciated. As soon as the work started, they found that we had some severe damage to our sub floors that we needed to get replaced. I had to go through my HOA and the HOA's construction company to make these repairs so it took a bit of time to go through the process and get completed. Once it was completed, Precision Flooring was able to fit me back in their schedule right away and got the job done

I have yet another amazing experience with Precision Flooring. I had my floor done in February and 2 weeks ago we had to have 300sqft removed due to the water damage. Precision Flooring responded quickly sending Roger over to give me an estimate. They have managed to reinstall floor one week later in 2 days only. Our installation team were Juan and Chino - they were very professional, punctual and courteous. I also want to thank you Tim who called me from his vacation just to tell me he will take care of our urgent need.
