Precision Garage Door came to the rescue today! Our opener has been on the fritz for a few weeks now and we decided to go ahead and see about getting it replaced. Upon going to the Precision website on my phone, I noticed an option to schedule online. I used this feature and it was so easy. I got a same day appointment that worked for my schedule. Caleb was the technician today and did a wonderful job. He listened intently as I reviewed the issue we were experiencing and presented me with a few options to choose from. Caleb worked quickly and professionally. I always appreciate the service we receive from Precision.

Aaron Espy came out and I dont think I could have gotten a better technican. He quickly helped identify the issues I was having with my garage door. After that, he quoted me a very reasonable price, we shook hands, and he got to work. After about 20 minutes he was done and my door being as old as it is, is like new. Its easy to see who I am calling and requesting for when I need work done again. Precision Garage Door earned themselves a lifelong customer.
