We noticed the smell of burning wires with our breakers running hot. Called for service and Frank advised us to turn off our breakers and he came within two hours. Frank had other jobs scheduled, but prioritize us as an emergency. An emergency was exactly what we had, with two breakers not thrown but started to literally melt. Frank showed us the damage and without a doubt he saved us from what could have been a catastrophic fire. He had to run wiring under our house and noticed a leaking pipe and fixed it as well. The cold weather took its toll on our house. I expected an astronomical bill for this emergency service. Frank @ SOS Plumbing has come to my rescue on numerous jobs for me. He got on the third floor roof of our house to fix the plumbing vent pipe and flashing when we had high wind roof damage. He installed a new garbage disposal and drain with trap. He installed a shut off pressure reduction valve in main service water line. I had a really bad clog deep in my shower line. I called Frank from SOS on Monday morning and he was at my house working within 90 minutes. He was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and kept me up to date with all that was going on. I was super pleased with the price especially in regards to all that needed to be done. Very pleased with the service. Frank came when he promised, did great work, and was easy to work with. We added a bathroom in our basement so he had to cut the concrete, install drains, install new water supply lines, install tub, sink, toilet etc. I was doing the rest of the renovation and he was willing/flexible to work around the rest of the project.
