Great experience, not only did they strip the old roof, but for a few minor finishing tiles on the ridges, the crew hauled the materials up by hand and ladder AND got the entire roof up to code (they literally had to install plywood over the entire roofing area on top of the ship lap!) and installed in one day. ROOV prepped us for the experience with the roof assessment and answered all our concerns and questions in a timely manner. Afterward when it was dark the crew did an excellent job cleaning up the mess, granted a few small bits here and there were missed but the effort they put forth in cleaning and clearing the jobsite in the dark no less was exceptional! Eli from ROOV came over to give me a free inspection and showed me photos of roof damage I could not see, then Eli helped me to file a claim, what a blessing is he. A great job at a great price was performed. We are very please with the work, the workers who were all very repectfully. Roov had recently done some work in my area and they had a team go survey the aren when they came to my door. They gave my roof a free survey and gave me the results. I chose not to do business right at that moment, but a few months later, we began to have a leak. They came back out to survey again and patched the leak free of charge, just to help us get by. I knew then that Roov was the real deal. I signed up to work with them and the process was ridiculously easy. Their teams were very kind and very knowledgeable both in how to do the job and how to work with your insurance. Due to the season, we had to wait a few weeks for our replacement job to come up.
