He arrived earlier than expected and completed the repair earlier than expected as well. Mr. C was detailed in explaining how the garage mechanism became inoperable and he fully discussed how he would finalize the repairs. I was very impressed by the customer care from my first phone call (at almost 5PM!) to when Richard Armbruster arrived at my home. I needed to go to work but my garage door wouldn’t go up. I got a text that someone was coming, a text introducing who was coming & a link if I wanted to track his location before he arrived. He explained everything about the issue, what needed to be done & how long it should take. Unfortunately , he found another issue that didn’t need to be fixed last night but will need to be fixed & I will definitely be calling them to come take care of it! Thank you Richard!!! Great service! They were able to get us scheduled next day and the tech, Richard, was punctual (even early) and gave me several options for the repair. He was so friendly and communicative. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again!

Choosing Precision Garage Door to replace my failing garage door was a great decision. I got a real person the first time called and was able to schedule an appointment for a free estimate for the next morning - note I called at 4:30 PM and this was not an emergency. Eric from Precision showed up. on time the next morning. Eric was very knowledgeable, professional and just a nice person! He help us choose the right door for our needs, saving us money in the process. Our door was installed the next day Brendan and Rich did a highly professional install. Great work and fair prices. Taylor made it out within 24 hrs of the call, repaired the door and did safety tests. Would highly recommend them and will use them going forward.
