Precision Garage Door of Michiana (Michigan City)

Precision garage door came the day after we had someone run into our door. They gave me a quote right away and were able to replace the door 4 days later. Very professional and quick job by Andy, Tyler and Lee. I’m very happy with the new door.

Very professional and knowledgeable about the workings of the garage door system. Things were explained clearly and done proficiently and on time. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Our technician Andrew Ginter did an amazing job. He showed us how to fix our problem with our new garage door opener and he was very respectful. 2 months ago when our previous motor went out our technician, Jose Villalobos, told us that our motor was burned up and we believed him since he's the professional. We took the old opener down this morning to install the new one and when we tested it, the old motor still works. If he took the time to inspect our old motor properly, we wouldn't have had to buy a brand new one. I'd give Jose a 2/5 stars. Andrew however, deserves a solid 5 out of 5 stars. Great worker and an ever greater person.

Was unable to open my garage door via keypad or manually. Was able to make an appointment online. Precision door garage arrived the following morning and my problem fixed within an hour as I was quoted. Highly recommend this business and the technician as well.

Jonathan Seman was very punctual, polite, knowledgeable and efficient when changing broken garage door springs and worn out rollers. What more could you want and on a Saturday. Alexis was wonderful on the phone setting up my appointment.
