Person who answered my phone call had to relay what service I needed. Something went wrong because they sent Diego M for furnace repair. When he arrived on the emergency, after hours, repair service, I said no, it was a plumbing problem but he wanted to see what the problem was so I showed it to him. Very knowledgeable young man saw immediately that yes, indeed it was a plumbing problem. He also suggested putting a pump on my 90 plus furnace which in my eyes is the poorest design ever manufactured and the invention should be outlawed because when it lights off, within 15 seconds, it will fill your home with ice cold air‼️ Takes forever to get warm air and then it shuts off after it's reached the temperature it is set for and then the next call for heat,, hear it comes again, a cold blast

Wayne's plumbing and heating came out today to my house.I've been dealing with no heat for the past maybe too much.And all these other places around here want to charge me money that I really don't have , like h and g Wanted to charge me Me. 6 grand to put place a new heater in my house which I did not need.All my words was clogged in the pipes so a Major shout Out to Diego, he was so amazing and understanding and didn't awesome job.Thank you , and may god bless you for the holiday season

Quoted me $99 on the phone to come out and diagnose furnace , came out was there about 30 minutes , time to pay $174 I said what happened to $99 to diagnose , he said "it's $99 to come to the house and then diagnose on top of that". Reply Tech came out checked vacuum pull off switch with multi tester After that turned main power off turned gas off, turned power back on and then gas , furnace started working , cycled 5 times, 15 mins total , 30 mins from arrive to depart. There was no repair, just diagnosing, and no set in stone diagnosis either, seeing all he did was reset the furnace and gave a guess at what it was that caused it.
