We were in bad shape and needed gutters and soffits. I cannot express the professionalism of the RL team from first quote to project finish. Customer service was phenomenal, the crews, excellent and clean, professional, courteous. And hey - they were a week early! We will be using for more of their service in the near future! RL Roofing completed a roof in a timely manner fixing all of the areas that needed repairing before a new roof installation. Crew cleaned up area around the house well. The relationship was a strong start, a rough middle, and a good finish. The sales team is polished, responsive and knowledgeable. They came recommended to us by local suppliers, and being new the the area word of mouth is an indicator we use. They worked to fit us in for an EPDM roof before the weather turned too cold for the materials to be properly applied, and this was very appreciated. The bumpy middle began on the day of the work when the installers showed up without a plan for getting the roofing materials onto the roof. Luckily I had equipment on site that was able to position their materials. So crisis averted, but it was unsettling the team felt unprepared. At the end of the morning, the roof was in place, but seemed incomplete. The installers left some of the edges incomplete
