I had several things going on in my garage at once. I filled out a contact form and was contacted by Ava quickly. She scheduled an appointment for me and Derek came out and offered me great service. Whoever installed my garage track after my home was built did not do a very good job. Derek fixed my tracks, changed out my wall panel that went bad, and replaced my garage door openers within MINUTES. The best thing is that my new wall panel has the time and temperature on it. My motion sensor even works better than before, turning on and off as soon as someone enters/exits as it should instead of lingering as it once did. I had 2 40+ year old garage doors and my main door broke a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday evening. I was able to instantly book an appointment online for the following day, a Sunday. The ease of scheduling and getting a consult before the work week was a big deal to me. Scott King promptly came out the next day and made his assessment. I opted for 2 new doors. They quickly came in within 2 weeks. Julia called to schedule and was friendly and very helpful. With the winter storm coming, they even called of their own accord and got me in 3 days earlier than first scheduled before the weekend of bad weather, meaning my car won’t be exposed to the elements. My car was in the garage when the door left its track on one side. I called and a repairman, Phillip Joiner, was here within an hour and the complicated repair was done soon after. It was an expensive repair (what isn’t these days) but much needed and appreciated. It is also good to have a warranty on the repair. I recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Precision Fayetteville was outstanding, from the sales experience with Winfield to the removal and installation by Ryan. I learned a LOT by replacing my 1978 wooden double wide with a nice quiet and insulated color matched door. Paige was the great communicator who had to coordinate all this. Ryan especially worked really hard for over 5 hours getting this new install into an old house just perfectly. These very friendly and professional folks made a chore into a pleasant experience. Emilio was personable in his initial consultation and when he came back to install the new garage motor, smoother rolling wheels and system. He was detailed and explained different options I could choose from. All details were simplistic and I felt the price was pretty good. The only issue I had is when I called into the office to finally setup the installation, the woman (Claudia) in the office was quite rude so I decided to reach back out to Emilio directly.
