We've always had excellent service, and the new door installation was the same. The new door was my idea...I had been thinking about it...so when the technician showed up to make a repair I started asking him questions about a new door. He did NOT pressure me to buy a new door...he told me the spring could be repaired. But I was interested in getting an insulated door because we moved our laundry to the garage. I scheduled an appointment with Precision Garage on Sunday evening and they came out right away Monday per my requested time. Actually they could come a little earlier which worked well for me as well. I worked with Garrett once he got onsite who was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through my repair options and some ideas to consider for upgrades if I was interested in updating my 20+ year old garage door system. Although the newer equipment is high on my list, we opted with the repair work today. He gave me a written quote for the repair option as well as future options whenever I wanted to go that route. Concord Precision to check our garbage door since it was taking multiple attempts to close. They were able to come out same day and earlier than originally scheduled which was great. Tim was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He replaced the sensors, replaced the 10 rollers, did a tuneup, and performed a safety check all in about an hour.
