Rey was very friendly and knowledgeable going over everything he found troubleshooting our garage door system. He then explained all of the major and minor issues that he found. We knew being a 21 yr old system something was bound to be needed, having only purchased this house a year ago. He went over all options and prices ranges. He said he had them available on the truck so need to come back another day for installation. He was very thorough during installation and helping with the programming and the app used. Note: we opted for an upgraded system with wifi and extra keypad. We highly recommend Rey from Precision Garage Door of South GA!

The same day service was exceptional from the initial call in to completion. Our technician Logan was great! He diagnosed two garage doors quickly, including a repair for one I was sure needed to be replaced. He gave me several price options, pressures free and was patient as I asked a lot of questions. He called me before coming, sent a picture of himself and a short bio. He even asked if I wanted something from the store he was stopping at. Highly recommend Precision and Logan if you can get him.

Entirely professional from start to finish. I was serviced an hour after I called and the tech came on time. They are transparent on fees and are super reasonable. Logan was knowledgeable and made sure to troubleshoot everything before deciding that I need a new battery and some lubricant for the door. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything new and he answered questions and gave advice on new systems should I decide to get one in the future. Friendly and pleasant. My garage door remote stopped responding & would not open the door. I thought I just needed a new remote & contacted Precision Garage Door Services on October & Rey Perez was the technician. He checked out everything & let me know ultimately, I'd need a new garage door opener & rollers so my door would open smoother. Rey was very knowledgeable & kind; he reprogrammed my remote & let me know he couldn't guarantee how long it would last before it would go out again. Fast forward to December, Aaron K. was my technician & he was able to pick up where Rey left off. He provided me with four options within my budget & said he'd be done in an hour. Aaron was personable & professional. My garage door now works perfectly & I'm so glad I called Precision. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!
