It was a great experience! I knew who was coming because they sent me text with their pictures and when they would arrive. Miller was very helpful and told me what I needed and why. Unique was awesome and there was one more installer but I didn’t get his name. Thank you so much ……all of you are “Unique”! I knew when I saw Unique that he would match his name! Thank you all for a great job!!!

The two installation techs arrived when they said, removed my old doors, and installed the new ones, along with motors to operate them. 100% satisfied with the doors and service. The doors are well constructed and strong. The price was reasonable.

From the first meeting, during the ordering process and to installation. All parties involved were very knowledgeable and professional. Today my Garage Doors were delivered and installed. Charlie Carter and Unique Pascal were the technicians that installed the doors. Both were very professional and knowledgeable answered all my questions and concerns. We needed to have the garage door outside control box activated. We did not have a code to enter to open the garage door. We also needed two more garage door remotes. The technician that came out was friendly. We talked to him and he was a US Army Veteran and we had something in common with him. We both lived and worked in Grafenwoehr/Vilseck Germany.
