Precision Garage Door Service

We had a 0.75 hp opener and a 1.25 hp opener installed for our one car and two car garage doors, respectively. Both are Lift Masters, a highly rated brand. The two car door opener also required two new coil springs. The service reps were Scotty Johnson and Claude Wilford, who were both excellent. With decades of experience with Lift Master and garage door installations, Scotty was especially expert in every aspect of this work.

Aaron provided quick and quality service. My garage door has had no issues for 17 years and it stopped working a few days ago. Aaron explained what was happening and what needed to be done. I am pleased with the outcome of the repairs.

We were so impressed with the professionalism and technical knowledge of Chris C. from Precision Garage Door service. Our garage door springs broke and our cars were trapped inside. Needing to go to work the following day, Chris came out the same day and diagnosed the problem as well as helped us get our cars out. He returned the next day with the parts and we had a working garage door within an hour. Chris was great! Gave us a few options which we appreciated. Service was fast but also good quality. Garage doors sound much better and he found a critical repair that needed attention asap (wire on one side of the garage was very tight while the opposite side it was loose so he replaced both wires/cables).
