We were lucky to find Roberto and his wife at a neighbor’s house putting up Christmas lights on the roofline. Within a couple days, we had them putting up our holiday lights on top of the roof. They were so friendly, flexible and reasonably priced. When they came to take the lights down, Roberto also cleaned out our gutters. We will definitely be using them for the years ahead. Roberto and his team did an AMAZING job pressure washing and cleaning our house. We were especially impressed with their attention to detail when cleaning our windows. They meticulously took down all the storm windows and washed the windows by hand on the inside and out. Highly recommend them!

Roberto has been doing my windows for around 15 years. He is the absolute best! When he's finished, they are so clean, it's as if there is no glass. He has been doing my gutters since he added that onto his business. No one has ever cleaned them as good as he cleans. I can see into some of my gutters from upstairs windows. They are amazingly clean. His leaf cleanup afterwards is perfect....not a leaf left on the ground. He's done my driveway cleaning and again does a wonderful job. You won't find better than Precision! You won't find anyone as polite, as willing to please as Roberto!

Roberto cleaned our windows inside and out and rinsed the screens. They did such a good job I have had him come back to pressure wash my driveway and small wooden walkway. Again, great job.
