From using online to schedule my appointment, to Jerry who came out to evaluate the damage to my old door, to Zach who was the installer, everything was well done. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

The Tech. Although he worked by himself with no helper got our new door installed and running smoothly. He told me after the installation that 2 panels had dents. He said he turned it into the office and they would replace the damaged panels!! Great job!! We are happy

Our spring broke on our garage door. I called Precision Garage Door Service and they gave me an appointment the same day. I was kept up to date the whole time as to when our technician Josh Finkbeiner would be arriving. He came and assessed the problem and gave us options as to what we wanted to do. We chose our plan and he had the work done in no time. He was very polite and nice. He did a great job. Thanks to everyone at Precision Garage Door Services especially Josh.

We had an issue with the motor on our garage door opener. A web search for garage door repair led me to their website where I opted to book online, which was very convenient. The service technician called to let me know he was on his way. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained what the problem was and that a new motor and rail was needed. He was able to quickly replace the motor and install a new rail and after he was finished he went over general door maintenance and asked if we had any questions. I will recommend Precision to others!

Precision did great, they communicated every step of the way. They let me know who was coming. Josh was friendly and a professional. You could tell he knew what he was doing, explained my options and did an amazing job doing the repairs. My 3 garage doors are functioning very well and smooth!
