I am an existing customer and have always been completely satisfied with their work. Yesterday my 26 year old garage door opener stopped working. I called Precision and they were able to schedule an appointment for this morning. Luke, the Technician said that the motor needed to be replaced. He gave me the 3 options available, explaining every feature, function, etc. There was absolutely no sales pressure, only offering the best option for my needs. Luke not only replaced the motor, he inspected all the pulleys, springs, cables and other parts of both garage doors, not just the one that needed attention. Thankfully they are in great condition. Great experience! The tension springs on our garage door failed late last night, and that is our main way of entry for the house. I booked an appointment online for early this morning (super easy to do). Jesse was on time and ready to get to work. He took the time to tell me what my options were, and answered all of my questions including the options for potentially changing out the garage doors entirely. Once I was through all of my questions, he got right to work and had everything fixed and working again in less than an hour. Very satisfied - would highly recommend!

The communication was impeccable from the second I booked the appointment. The technician, Kyle, called me over an hour before my 4 hour window to see if I wanted him to come early.
