IDK why these people call me. I'm not the owner or the super. I'm just a tenant in one apartment in the building. I see that they are charging people for "denial of access" when those people can't give access. Try calling the owner of the building.

Their drivers seem to have no sense of road law and frequently park in bike lanes in our neighborhood, often just to play with their phones. I wouldn't want anyone with such a callous disregard of the law to be doing any important work for me. Big thumbs down.

Company is unresponsive and National Grid hires them to inspect their meters and pipelines and charges $100 for failure to allow them to inspect. They came to my home when I was home with the front door open and left a notice on my screen door stating they made an attempt to conduct their inspection and I was not home. They never knocked or rang my Ring door bell. Then I made numerous attempts to get in contact with them but they never answer the phone. You are on hold for a long time and eventually give in and leave a voice mail and they never return your call. This company is a joke! National grid then states they will refund the $100 penalty fee Once they get their inspection. As others have stated, I’ve attempted to reach out to this joke of a company multiple times going back nearly 2 months since receiving a letter they need to do a meter inspection on behalf of Nat Grid. Initially I left them voicemails which were never returned, now for the last several weeks they have a prerecorded message on their line that they can’t take calls due to high volume and they will return your call…still haven’t ever received a call back! Funny that they can have National Grid issue a fine for failure to inspect when no one has ever stopped by my residence, called me back or returned an email. Report this company to the state AG and file a Utility company complaint as they are clearly in way over their head and issuing fines for services they never even attempted to render.

In July of 2023 Delmarva sent contractors to replace the gas lines and move meters in the city of Wilmington. While moving the gas meter from inside my house to the outside Precision Pipeline employee scratched my front door while carrying a tool bag with metal tools that rubbed along the door scratching the paint during entering and exiting. My bay window was damaged along with substandard repairs of the cement that was torn up and my garden. I sent the complaint to Delmarva and it was sent to Choptank.Choptank determined they were responsible for the window but Precision Pipeline was responsible for the door.
