We used Precision Tile to remodel our master bathroom. Luke & Chase did high quality work at a fair price. In fact, they did such a good job, we had them do our other bathrooms as well. Luke responds promptly, showed up every single day that he said he was going to show up, and when confronted with an unexpected circumstance, did a good job of offering solutions. He stopped us from making a mistake with our tile selection on the shower floor (risking potential scheduling delays when he could have just installed what we picked), and even managed to get the tile vendor to take back some of the tile (no return policy notwithstanding) that really wasn't suitable for the intended application. We had a shower that had mold and needed to have it completely replaced. We got quotes and decided to hire Luke to replace our shower. He did an awesome job. He is very knowledgeable, reliable, professional and friendly. His prices are good and he is very particular about his work. We used Precision Tile to convert a standard tub to walk-in shower. Luke and Chase did an amazing job and were fairly priced. Luke was great with communication, and walking us through the whole process. He also gave us great design ideas to bring our vision to reality. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them for any tile projects.

Highly recommend! We remodeled both of our bathrooms last fall and we could not be a happier with the results. Luke is excellent at his work .But he is all very respectful and conscientious of his customers in all aspects (communication and cleanup). He takes pride in his work and earns your trust. While home projects are stressful endeavors, people like Luke mitigate the disturbance and deliver a quality result that makes it worth the inconvenience. We feel very fortunate to have found him.

We just did a complete renovation of the master bathroom. The transformation is incredible. Luke is a Master Craftsman. He acted as the super for all work that was done. His diligence to his craft would be hard to beat. He and Troy showed up everyday, on time, and worked hard. They are very conscientious of their surroundings and keeping things clean.
