We were tired of having a summer lawn (fescue) that was obviously stressed and not much to love during the hot months of summer. This is a follow up to the five figure irrigation and sod job I gave Scott at Precision in April 2025. Scott claims I did something wrong for all of this sod to die. As my wife posted, we followed every direction provided and all of the sod died within 6 weeks...five months later, I'm reaching into my pocket for another contractor to remove what's left of the sod he installed so I can aerate and seed and try to regrow my front yard. When Scott ready my wife's previous post he finally reached out to me to have it removed (by email because he wouldn't call me back), but every word is accurate. Scott and his team were fantastic. We had a very sloped backyard that was uneven and made it hard to play outside. His team installed a retaining wall, graded our entire backyard, tuned up our drainage and irrigation and completed the project with turf. The yard turned out just as we had hoped and more importantly, Scott was awesome to work with. Along the way he was very communicative and receptive to any questions or adjustments that we had. He was hands-on and showed up to oversee the project. Would highly recommend!
