He was consistently prompt in responding to our call, scheduling a visit to assess our issue, and ordering the necessary parts to complete the work. Mike was very flexible in accommodating our schedule to get the job done. On site, he was able to quickly troubleshoot other electrical problems that were uncovered after he started the job, and yet he still maintained pricing for services and parts that was fair and honest. Just Moved to the area from Maryland and the house we bought had electrical issues at the panel. I called around to a couple places and nobody answered the phone. Third call I made was to Mike Predko and he answered, and I can't be more grateful! Mike is grade A professional and extremely knowledgeable.
