PREFERRED LANDSCAPING

Beyond disappointed with the service provided by Eric and his team. We just built a house and needed all new landscaping done. In 2023 he was to plant over 20 trees on our property. They sat for over a month in our driveway before they came to plant them. Several did not survive. I took a chance and called them back to replace them, and to start phase 2 of the project after I was promised they would be replaced. It took them nearly 7 months to finish the second phase, and I still have dead trees. I have made several attempts at contacting them. Eric does not return phone calls but will occasionally respond to a text. I was promised trees would be replaced before July 4th and nobody has showed up! On top of that, my husband realized they billed us for $1500 over our original quote. Eric won
