Be aware! They charge you for a full truck, but they don’t deliver the trucks completely full of concrete. We build the same concrete slab repeatedly, so we know exactly how much concrete it takes. With other companies it has been 90 to 95 yards. With Preferred Materials, they said they delivered 115 yards (Not true). It was almost a $4,000 loss for us. We’ll never use them again. Some of the trucks had probably 5 yards and they gave us a paperwork saying they had 10 yards of concrete.
