Matt was amazing!!! I lost heat last night and was beside myself calling different companies and getting quotes for my boiler. I ended up calling Matt at Preferred plus, Not only did he get to me at a very, very timely manner he diagnosed the problem right away! Very, very skilled tech technician! He took extra safety measures, checked the entire system, and made sure everything was working perfectly before cleaning up. Most companies today lack compassion and the ability to level with the customer and get too caught up in an invoice and line items. I was in true despair yesterday as my boiler was non functional at the start of an extreme cold front coming my way. I spoke to several people hoping to get it working and even a company came out to diagnose the problem. They were unable to do so accurately nor get my unit back up and running. Matt Carr is honestly the best! I called with a bunch of issues, and he showed up so quickly it blew me away. He got right to work, figured out exactly what was going on, and fixed everything in no time. I cannot say enough good things about Matt and Preferred Plus! What I love most is that Matt is just a really great guy. He's super knowledgeable. His prices are more than fair.
