Viking is definitely the place to go if you are doing a bathroom remodel in your home! I tried a few other local plumbing places and I was met with either lack of information or Mis-information. I walked in to Viking looking for pricing and it was all beyond simple. They knew exactly what I needed and provided me with pricing and all the information I would need. We decided to remodel our bathroom and were recommended to find a local plumbing supply instead of going with one of the big name stores and couldn't be happier with our decision. Local family business with very knowledgeable staff helped us order the tub we were looking for along with all the additional fixtures needed.

Store has a 10% rehandling charge on all returns. This is not posted in store and was not communicated to me prior to my purchase. It is on the receipt at the very bottom which I noticed after coming home. I purchased 2 faucets and add't plumbing supplies for close ~$300. When I came home, I noticed that one of the faucets would not match our bathroom. I never opened the faucet box. I returned back to the store in less than 24 hours. They informed me of the 10% rehandling. I understand the purpose of the rehandling fee but I don't think this was fair in my situation. Box was clearly not opened and it was returned the very day (when they opened in the morning). Today, I spoke to one of the owners about the rehandling fee.
