Preferred Roofing & Commercial Roof Repair.

I used Fox roofing to fix a leak I had over my garage. I got 5 different quote with one guy quoting me $6,000 for the repair! Charlie Fox estimated it would cost anywhere from $750-$1,500 depending on what he found after my tiles were lifted. I fully expected to pay the full $1,500 but when I asked him what I owed him,, to my surprise he said the job was minor and I only owed him $750. He could have easily charged me the max and I would not have known better. This level of honesty is hard to find. He also gives a guarantee on his work so if there is a problem he will come back to fix it free of charge. Its been over 3 years since the fix and I haven't had a single problem. Fox roofing charges fair prices and does quality work so I will be using them for all my future roofing needs.

Roof has leaked since the day it was installed. The first 3 leaks were repaired leaving interior damage. The 4th leak, contractor will not respond. I had a new roof installed in the second quarter of 2016. The first leak happened almost immediately and the problem was blamed on other issues and later discovered it was a flashing issue due to poor installation of the new roof. Solution was caulk (which will be short lived). I lost 2 electronic components due to the leak. A second leak was soon discovered and patched on the opposite end of the roof. A third leak then was discovered elsewhere and repaired. A 4th leak has also been discovered in another location and is the worst leak to date. In addition to a leaking new roof, I have 2 ceilings that are damaged and 2 walls that are damaged. I
