These flaggers need to be retained, I have had to rescue one of my dogs off the hwy 530 because they thought it was smart to come on private property and play with a dig they don't know. That same day I they were flagging and had cars stopped i was the 4th car stopped before the side rd and they decided it was a smart idea to wave a big truck up the shoulder to turn on the side rd that was like 5 cars behind me and I had to move over the yellow line or I was going to be side swiped. That night my mom was coming home they had no signs out and she had to slam on her breaks and her hazard lights because they were just in the middle of the road. Hwy 530 is not a road to mess with.
