The team works with a dedicated installer therefore the confidence and trust you will instantly develop is priceless. Every call was answered, every email returned, even every silly question answered. Zack and his staff with the help of Bighorn Builders transformed our kitchen. Look at the pictures, it’s amazing right? Beyond pleased from start to finish.

I would not recommend this company to anyone! The communication with Erin was the absolute worst I’ve ever seen in a business. Erin showed me a backsplash that went perfect with our granite. I called 3 times and every time she hadn’t done anything. I finally got mad and said forget it! She said Nova had it we went to Nova they did not have that backsplash. I called Erin to ask if they would bring out all the granite we purchased she said no problem. They did not even give us 24 hour notice to put our granite in. I had to rearrange my whole schedule. Her husband was one of the guys who did the install. I asked them where the rest of my granite was he said they weren’t told to bring it out with them?? He said he would tell Erin to call me to schedule to bring it out Erin never called. After
