Premier Cabinets and Counters

I was connected with Premier Cabinets by a family member that had many excellent experiences with Richard. From my first interaction with Richard, to completion of the project - he was a great communicator, worked quickly get us drawings and revisions, was extremely knowledgeable about the product lines and had great ideas and creativity to help us with a pretty tight space. The cabinet line turned out to be awesome! Very high end, well crafted, with a lot of options and add ons. The cabinets looks and feel great. The maple is lovely. Very solid! Working with Richard was an excellent experience and I’d do it again without any hesitation. He went above and beyond. Thank you Richard!

Such a great experience. I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed for my kitchen makeover, but Rich helped guide me through the design process and I am so grateful! Bought a vanity from them, and the upfront experience was pleasant but the vanity itself was not. The vanity itself was misrepresented as we were told there was no divider when there was one, not a big deal. The main issue was the counter top. Had a sloppy repair done to it and backsplash counter had an angled cut to it. When trying to address the issue it took to long that I had another person do the repair due to them going silent and they at this point have tried to reach out to take a look but the repair work is already done. Also they made cuts near an exterior window and left marks that had to be cleaned up and did not clean up the window afterwards. Overall i probably had a one off experience but would not purchase here again due to this.

So pleased with my experience here. From the beginning Rich and his team were super helpful in assisting me in choosing the right product while giving me a very competitive price. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile was impressive. The installers were very nice professional men who left my kitchen cleaner than when they arrived! The installation went flawlessly and my kitchen countertops look awesome! I HIGHLY recommend doing business here.
