I am very pleased with the end result of my new wood privacy fence. Fist off if you’ve never had a new fence installed it’s a big deal. Much preparation for both the home owner (myself) and the fence company. I worked with Eric directly from the beginning. Excellent customer service skills. He never made a promise he could not keep and I asked a lot of him because I have a dog and both neighbor’s on each side of me have dogs as well. This meant temporary fences after the posts were in. Not a problem. Eric came back to re-enforce the temp fence after my dog innocently 😉 chewed a portion allowing him to get out. I love my new fence!! It is precise since they put it together as they go. It’s not a pre-made fence you can buy at a big box store. This is custom made! Highly recommend them!!

We were pleased with Premier Fence from the quoting phase all the way through project completion. Arik was very professional during our quote appointment and even helped us decide exactly where to install the fence. Our town required a variance permit for the fence location and Arik was kind enough to call the town directly and confirm some of the details for us. The installation team was on time and completed the job beautifully and the site was clean when they left. They even dug an extra post hole and installed a post for our dog lead to attach to. The gate hardware and latch offered by Premier are far better than one from another company on our prior fence. The fence does not have gaps between the panels as they are custom-built on site. We are very pleased with Premier's work!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Arik from start to finish with the installation of a fence this past summer. I initially called Premiere because the home I had just purchased had partial vinyl fencing installed by them several years ago and was still impressively sturdy and attractive. He was helpful in my making my decisions, offering options and very attractive pricing. The fence was installed when promised and they did a terrific job. Quality work and attention to detail. I would definitely use them again.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Used this company several years ago. Decided we wanted a higher fence so went back to them as the first experience was a good one. This time, they replaced a post and adjusted a gate only to have it be uneven. Spent a month trying to resolve it with the "estimator/crew chief" and got no where. Called and spoke to Jeff the owner who tried to bs an explanation as to why the gate needs to be uneven. My husband is a contractor and knows exactly how this needs to be fixed. When he told him this, Jeff questioned his skills and why he didn't just do the fence (well, b/c he's a pretty busy guy and figured we would just have it done so he wasn't spending his weekends doing this). Jeff got extremely rude and nasty and hung up. Will never recommend this company. As someone
