Premier Flooring

Well I had all of my Home Depot flooring supplies delivered on Monday and the installer showed up today to install the floor but refused to do it because they said my floor was uneven. Even though, they installed the exact same floor in my living room last june. So now, I'm in a lurch! My entire condo is torn up which happens to be my full-time home and now I don't have anyone to install the floor. Home Depot and premier flooring left me high and dry with no solution no resolution no help no referral nothing! We had such a positive experience last June with the installers who said the same thing that our floor was uneven but that they could still put in the floor as long as we were okay with that which we are! Horrible. They are linked with home depot . No professionalism. They have a store in Rosdale that my cousin stated is horrible as well and are linked to the Home Depot . Many have said their work and craftmanship is sloppy. Manager Matt in Berlin is totally unprofessional as well as Mike in Rosdale . Premier Flooring corporation will need to be aware of them.

So...my experience, like a previous reviewer's; is from having them sub-contracted out through Home Depot. I say this, because I think the first thing to keep in mind is...you get what you pay for. Not only is PF, a sub-contractor for HD...but my installer, was a sub-contractor of PF. There were some issues; of which, I'm not going to go into detail about. Some of it, was the installer's fault; some of it, was just my being caught off-guard, etc. At the end of the day...Brendon(sp), was incredibly accommodating, of my issues; and...the installation was well done. If I were to offer advice, based off of my experience here...it would be to prepare your questions, before your installer comes (again...sub of a sub; they may not know the answers to your questions), and...manage your expectat
