Premier absolutely came in and saved the day!!! We are new home buyers, our first home ever!!! Within the first month the AC unit went out and needed to be replaced....Austin worked so hard to help us out on the pricing and service time....they were extreme detailed communication with us the whole step of the way! Couldn't be more pleased with this huge expense for us being handled with the utmost professionalism and care....Austin and team....THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for the amazing service and advice choosing the correct system for our home....their work was impeccable and clean and quick!!! Three weeks ago, Premier Heating sent Homer, Jerry, John, Josh, Karl and Màtt to fix our HVAC, talk about teamwork and coordination The NFL could take strategy lessons from these guys. Very professional, polite, encouraging hard working. They got the heat back on, cleaned up, took out their garbage and vacuumed. It's a family affair, give these Gentleman a big pay raise and promotions

Great experience with this company. Needed a new system in our home, it was built in 98. We had Avery come out, discussed all of our options. This was a huge thing, having options. He was very patient, professional and understanding. Huge kudos to him. All these options were very affordable and very reasonable. So we went with them. Installers came out, did a great job. Very professional, communicated and made sure the area was clean before leaving.
