IF YOU WANT YOUR House A TOTAL MESS THEN use Premier Home Pros for your bathroom shower - to be fair my wife said they are super nice - Came home from work day 1 - ALL 3 BEDROOMS and my entire 2nd floor have construction dust all over it and they are gone for the day (tore out old shower and installing today hopefully if they show up after they see this review) - Had to spend an hour CLEANING OFF my desk just so I could work (and it's still got this crap on it) and computers and screens, I sat in my chair and got white construction dust all over me - Beds - tvs, kids gaming computer, beds, clothes, pictures, dressers, beds, blinds, curtains, walls, I can go on but everywhere you touch or look (or can't see) there is white powder (think about things like the kids built leggos with a fine p

We paid approximately 20k for a DEATH TRAP. HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Today at 6:30am their service rep Kyle called me and screamed at me. This has been an ongoing problem however, when does it become appropriate for an employee to SCREAM at a customer? Not once did I raise my voice to this individual yet he continued to berate me because he did not like a text, I sent the night before. This has been an ongoing problem. I am fully aware that the customer is not always right. In this case, we are the victims.

Dominic was outstanding. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to walk me through every detail of the tub options. He explained the materials, installation process, and pricing in a clear and informative way that made the decision making process much easier. Our new shower looks great but it been over a month and it still leaks and the installation crew hasn’t contacted or been back . We signed a contract in June , it’s now the end of September and it still isn’t done…., so much for you 1 day shower install. first they sent the wrong glass doors and now the doors don’t fit into the channel causing water leaks. I contacted them immediately about the alignment problem .how do I get someone to. It P S the shower wand/ shower head is junk ….. it also leaks

I I was strolling on Instagram in search of a bathroom upgrade when Premier Home Pros appeared. I clicked on the link, submitted my info, and received a call immediately. My representative Jon was here in 4 hours and 19 minutes. He was polite, patient, courteous, kind, and very knowledgeable about Premier products. He listened attentively to my wants and needs. I was very specific, and he handled all of the details. After 60 minutes, I had chosen to go with Premier. My installation will be expedited due to my leaking shower. Great experience so far!!!!
