If I could give zero stars, I would. They remodeled my elderly and physically-restricted parents’ shower, charging them over $18,000 to take out the existing shower and replace it with a synthetic-marble. No water lines were moved, no toilets needed to be taken out to do the work, etc. After seeing the new shower, I sent images to three separate contractors, asking how much they would charge for such a job. Each quoted between $8000-9000. Do not use this company. They market themselves as ADA/ elderly friendly. Of course they do; those are the people who do not know to question or push back on shoddy workmanship and outlandish prices. I purchased a shower from Premeier Home Pros the other night. Going from old green steel tub about 65 yrs old to new shower. I am very excited to see the out come. The materials they are to use are amazing in strength. I’m going to be able to afford to have this done. Which is amazing also. My 87 yr old mother will now be safer in the shower now. The consultation with their sales people was a pleasure. They were not pushy and explained everything to the extent, they tried to work with me to have this fit my budget .
