Premier did an amazing job cleaning my parents’ restaurant — truly 10/10 service. From the initial quote to scheduling and the actual cleaning, everything flowed smoothly and professionally. Their system is efficient, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Definitely recommend!

I have been using premier for several years now and glad I made the switch. They have a professional crew that cleans our hoods and fans on schedule and doesn’t leave a mess everywhere else like my previous vendor. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hood cleaning service!

Had a scheduled maintenance and they never showed up. Followed up with them 2x before the appointment to confirm and after. Never heard a word from them. Originally had a 1-star because of the above. They got back to me after I had posted the original review and apologized extensively. The tech had his phone smashed on the job and the cell carrier wouldn't let him access his contacts and messages. They did a great job, the two workers were awesome, and they were very thorough. Gave me some good tips on cleaning other parts of the restaurant as well. I would recommend them for sure!
