I appreciated he and his team's respect for our home as they took great care to put shoe/foot coverings to prevent tracking, and kept equipment containerized to insure any potential water spills, with the entire procedure professionally executed. Bruce replaced our hot water heater about 10 years ago. He came back this week to repair a faulty washer hook up and remembered from a decade ago that my wife was pregnant at the time!
