A year after installation, we’re still very happy with our pool! The construction team, our sales rep, and the office staff were all responsive, professional, and always willing to answer our questions along the way. Building a pool is no small project! It can be messy, costly, and does require ongoing maintenance, so it’s important to do your research and choose the right company. We’re so glad we chose Premier Pools, and I highly recommend them if you’re considering taking the plunge ;)

I bought a house with a perfect backyard for a pool. I contacted 3-4 pool contractors but all told me that they either could not get into the backyard with their equipment (carport issue) or they would have to demo the landscaping and patio on the side of the house. I was feeling very discouraged. Luckily I made one more call to Premier. They actually came out to evaluate my property. They promised they would figure out a way to make it work. Their attitude was wonderful and their pricing was very competitive. They rented smaller demo equipment to be able to clear the carport. Brilliant idea. The whole project took 6 weeks for installation and everyone working on the job was nice and considerate. John Sherman, manager, made sure I was well informed and aware of any issues that arose. The

*reply to owner* I would like to see this "previous review" as I never wrote one. Just more proof of dishonesty from you. You called me Thursday February 26 and wanted me to send you photos showing what was wrong. I did so, showing you the many cracks around the decking and the failure of the deck drain, and you have yet to keep your word and reach out to rectify the problems. Apparently you have time to sit there and type out snarky replies, but not deal with issues that have been brought to your attention. People need to be able to trust the people they are hiring, and you are just proving why they should look elsewhere. *original review* inconsistent communication, poor planning, and mediocre workmanship. I would look elsewhere when looking for someone to handle your pool project.

We are thoroughly enjoying our 16x35 Elysium Grand (by Latham) pool designed and installed by Premier Pools. John S. took our vision and turned it into reality. The overall build, including a highly complex screen enclosure, took approx 6 weeks and turned out better than we ever imagined! We, and our grandkids, have been having a great time in it almost daily! The intricate design, high-quality installation/construction, and the ‘above and beyond’ professionalism lead to a near perfect final product. We couldn’t be more pleased or thankful!

From start to finish, the process of getting our pool has been Great! John, the Sales Professional, gave us the initial quote based on our wants. He also provided us with an extensive sales brochure so we could build our dream pool. He provided us with all the needed information and even gave us information on what to expect. Next, we worked with John (owner). He was so polite and friendly. He also ensured to give us updates, and he would come by the house frequently to check on the pool’s progress. Dillion ( Construction Manager) was excellent and answered questions while dealing with our concerns during the process. We even let John (sales) and Dillion( construction Manger) know of our concerns about standing water by the house; they are working on getting us scheduled so they can come b
