What a nice unexpected surprise dealing with an efficient and profecient company. Especially Steven and Sergio. They came in and fixed what Geek Squad never even showed up to do. Your service people always conduct themselves in the utmost professional, skillfull and friendly manner and for that, I am truly grateful. Thanx again!

The technicians were really nice when they came to the house but they did not fix the Appliance Connect (the wifi thing) on my Bosch refrigerator (although they did fix the other issues with it). When I emailed customer service, they sent me a PDF from Bosch with instructions addressed to technicians to fix the issue. When I told them I was not a technician, they told me to call Bosch if I needed more help. Very frustrating since I already payed them significantly over $1k to fix it . I called Bosch and Bosch said I needed the technician to come back. Both Bosch and me continued to email them but no one would return our emails. Do whatever you can to stay away from this company! I had a Bluestar stove, i just need the oven ignitor to be replaced, Premier Service Group has the nerve to charge me $840.17 for a simple ignitor replacement. It took the Technician less than 45 mins to perform the replacement( total time start from the technician walked in the door to finish packing up his stuff and left the house). Its simply highway robbery. Absolutely worst company i have ever dealt with STAY AWAY

Our Speed Queen washing machine that is still under warranty needed a repair. We had a service call just a few hours after we made the request over the phone. The technician, Stephen, was friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious. He assessed the problem, ordered the part, and installed it successfully 4 days later. We are very happy with the service we received from Premier Service Group, and will not hesitate to call for their services again.

HIGH PRICES! I'm giving two stars because the tech seemed to know what he was doing, but it cost way too much. I bought the parts. All they had to do was labor. 80 minutes of labor cost me $605! That's about $450 an hour. You could hire a decent lawyer for that rate!
