I can’t say enough about Premier South Roofing and David Garland! From start to finish he never left my side and let me tell you, it’s been a long ride. We filed a claim back in early September for hail damage with Progressive! They sent me a TERRIBLE inspector (needs to be fired) who told me he is not allowed to mark on my roof! My roofer advised this inspector that he was going on my roof the moment he leaves and will mark in the box all the damage that he said he wasn’t allowed to mark! David looked at me and said he wouldn’t be surprised if they come back saying no damage. Sure enough, they did and denied me! David assured me to not give up….. I followed my policy on the next steps with disputing my denial going about this the correct way and they continued to deny me!!! They denied me

Amazing company and my new roof looks great! The team took wonderful care of my property and cleaned up all debris immediately as they worked. They worked diligently to ensure the work was complete prior to rain that was predicted to start and kept me informed through the entire process.

The entire repair thou stressful was very professional. Inspection was very thorough, explained and cost was next. The cost was reasonably compared, plan for the roof replacement. Mr David Garland was leading the job and you couldn't ask for someone who was more transparent, help with my insurance, taking care of the little things which were over my pay grade. The new roof was installed quickly and very professionally. All areas around my house were cleaned with no evidence of all the work that had to be done. So happy with the results and a special thanks to Matt Bonura who took charge of dealing with my insurance company. I was getting no responses. I gave him the contact information and he quickly got the ball rolling on filing my claim and getting approval. Thanks Matt and Premier for a job well done.

David Garland of Premier South Roofing was the person that I worked with when I was told I had to do a total roof replacement, after I had changed insurance company, he was very knowledgeable on insurance claims and.worked to get me a total roof replacement . I had been told that I had to pay for the roof myself, David knows the laws and regulations that insurance companies will not tell us, my roof was replaced with me paying only the deductible. The company was in and out fast during installation and no sign of them being there except for a beautiful new Roof. Thank you David Garland and Premier South Roofing
