I wanted a quieter garage door because our bedroom is right above it. They replaced the rollers with a quieter type and made adjustments to the track and opener. The door now opens smoothly and quietly and it no longer wakes anyone up. I wish I had done this sooner because the difference is huge.

Our garage opener would buzz but not lift the door. Chris replaced the motor capacitor, tested the wires, and checked the wall button. He also tightened a loose panel while he was at it. It’s been flawless since.

The garage door cable snapped and the door was stuck unevenly. They came out quickly and made the area safe right away. The tech replaced the cable and checked the rest of the system to prevent future problems. I felt taken care of the entire time.

During cold mornings, the garage door would stick halfway. They discovered hardened lubricant in the track and tension imbalance in the springs. After servicing the track, adjusting the torsion system, and applying proper lubrication, the door opens effortlessly even in freezing weather.

I called just to have my garage door checked because it hadn’t been looked at in years. They adjusted a few things and now it runs much smoother. Glad I did it.
