Premium Parking - P5511

I was billed twice for one parking session. When I requested a refund, the company would not return the money to my credit card. Instead, they required either a $5 fee for a check or that I accept the refund into their proprietary wallet. This creates a financial penalty for their own billing mistake and feels like a predatory business practice. I won’t be using this lot again and hope others read this before parking here.
