Billie Joe and Eddie came out and gave me a very fair estimate (lower than anyone else) and they were cutting my trees down that Saturday. They were very professional and did a really nice job cleaning up. Eddie took his time to make sure the job was done correctly. Highly recommended.

Contacted this company to remove a tree at my home. The guy showed up and had a great price, was very personable and before he left, he was called to tell him to get started as immediately as possible. He said it would be a couple of days as he was finishing up a job. That would have placed him starting on the following Tuesday, which came and went with NO CALL AND NO SHOW. No responses to phone calls, so a text was sent and he said that weather slowed him down 2 days ago, but he would start the next day in the morning. Perfect. Except he didn't show up then either. In fact, he never showed. If I'm going to pay you over $1,000 to take down a tree (and have city permission to remove the tree BTW) you had better show up on time. Excellent work. Did a fantastic job removing 8 trees , one a giant willow with multiple electric and phone wires to compensate for. The first time we used him, he was great. He did a great job and was very quick. Now he doesn't return my phone calls. If you don't have time to do the work, that is fine, but at least call the customer and say you can't do the work. Customer service should come first.

Eddie and his crew are very hard working individuals who got the job done quickly. Cleanup was good and price was right. I would highly recommend giving him a call.
