Preserve At Ironhorse Trail H

The Preserve At Ironhorse Trail Homeowners Association collects dues but fails to maintain the property at the minimum standards. Many lightbulbs are burned out next to the garages and the trash at the playground does not get emptied for weeks. We regularly smell cigarette and marijuana smoke due to several residents smoking by the entrance to the parking lot where you can see cigarette butts strewn all over the ground.
