Presidential Heating and Plumbing

Our boiler went down this February. We feel blessed to have connected with Presidential. They were rock solid. Expert advice, trustworthy, efficient and keen to properly address a number of cracked convectors in our home. In addition they managed to move quickly to prevent further damage. They were very respectful of our home, very polite and neat. On a final note the bill to repair and test the system was quite reasonable. Huge thanks to the team at Presidential!

I am extremely grateful to Presidential Plumbing and Heating.for their quick response. Last night my water heater failed leaving my family with no heat and hot water. After waiting overnight for another company that advertised 24 hour service but didn’t arrive, I called Presidential Plumbing first thing in the morning. They responded immediately and were at my home within an hour. The technician was professional and courteous and got right to work correcting the problem. With an elderly person in the house, their prompt and reliable service meant a lot. I truly appreciate their responsiveness and would highly recommend them. I'm very pleased with the excellent service of Presidential Heating and Plumbing. I found Tim, Chris, and their team to be professional, reliable, pleasant, and caring. My gas furnace had stopped working when it was extremely cold outside. Tim along with his assistant responded right away, evaluated the issue, and ordered a replacement power venter. He kindly lent me a couple of portable heaters. A few days later, Chris and his assistant repaired my gas boiler at a reasonable price. I was happy to have my central heating restored. I appreciated the team's expertise, efficiency, and reliability. Their communications were very good. I would be glad to use their services again.

On Friday, the day after Christmas, we experienced a steam leak in a ceiling heating pipe between our kitchen and dining room. Given that this was part of the holiday weekend we did not know what to expect for service. Tim returned our call within an hour and came to review the leak and recommend next steps. He brought several space heaters for us to use while our heat was shut-off over the weekend . He arranged for ServiceMaster (terrific) to come that day to start the cleanup and restoration process. He put us in touch with an asbestos contractor to take samples for lab testing. On Monday Joel and Anthony came to complete repair of the leak by replacing the section of pipe that had the pinhole leak. They were thoroughly professional in completing the repair. My old heating system died just as it started to get cold outside. Tim had people at my house right away. They did my whole system & Tim was very communicative with me throughout the entire process. They had the old system out, new system in, job cleaned up in less than a day & a half. The team on site was friendly, informative & clearly knew what they were doing. If you have plumbing or heating issues you really should be going to Tim & his team at Presidential. Strongly recommend them 100 out of 100 times.
