Presidential Roofing

Had a great experience with Presidential Roofing. They took out an old swamp cooler base, patched up the hole, and added new waterproofing and shingles. Super professional, easy to work with, and the price was fair. I’d definitely call them again!

What a mess they have caused, also refusing to warranty anything only a year after replacing my roof because I had someone else come check the work! DISAPPOINTED is an understatement! Update found the cause of the leak... They nailed along the membrane and are now refusing to answer!

I feel like Adrian is fantastic at communication with clients and even keeps them up to date on the progress of the project. Initially, we were introduced to Presidential Roofing as a subcontractor for new construction including a steel roof over our deck; however, our entire house needed new shingles. Adrian discussed our options and provided a very reasonable quote. Overall, the work with the steel and shingles was perfect! The crew was respectful and diligent; they did not cut corners, and they did a great clean-up at the end of the day. They identified areas that are prone to ice dams and took measures to add extra rubber and flashing to protect the longevity of our house. We highly recommend Presidential Roofing.

We bought a house recently and a friend recommended to me that it would be a good idea to have a roofing company come out and take a look at the condition of the roof and make sure that it would be in good shape for years to come. I scheduled Adrian With Presidential Roofing to come out this morning. He got on my roof in the rain and thoroughly investigated. He Took pictures and gave me his assessment.
