What a pleasure to work with this amazing company! Daniel was able to visualize what I was hoping our yard to look like, and orchestrated a fantastic team with Eduardo, Luis, Juan, and Steven, who worked hard, long days to turn our back yard into an oasis. We love it. Thank you for your outstanding hard work.

I’m giving a combined review for the two times they came to my house. They were very skilled, had good suggestions and completed the work in a timely manner. I appreciated their expertise. I did not give them 5 stars because I was so shocked at the cost. I did not have time to get more than one quote so I have no idea if this was normal. When I asked how much they charged per hour for future reference for a couple of small jobs I have he said $125 an hour after a flat fee. I think that’s a lot.

The sprinklers work really good and it was done in a timely manner. They explained things well and were very nice. I was disappointed that the box in the backyard looked crooked.

I had a great experience. They responded to my request promptly and arrived early for the scheduled appointment. Ricardo was able to diagnose each issue and made all repairs on that same visit. He also improved my zone configuration to make it more efficient. I felt the pricing was very reasonable.

Short version: this business makes Xfinity look competent. I scheduled these people to come get my system up and running and to make some adjustments. They sent Eduardo out who did not complete the job I paid them to do (fix 2 broken sprinklers and remove/cap several existing heads along the new RV pad). I called sprinkler master back several times trying to get them to come fix one of the sprinkler they installed that is still broken and the 2 remaining heads they charged me to cap but didn’t. I Spoke to Kristen who told me on two different days (5/8/24and 5/10/24) that they were coming to fix it. Both days no call no show. Left messages, but didn’t received calls back. The following week I try calling again and find that the number is saying it’s disconnected when I call from the my pers
