Colton, who works for Proactive home maintenance was amazing. We had birds that broke a vent outside of our house and got into our attic. Colton came and fixed It took pictures. He was very professional and I couldn't have been more impressed. I will definitely have him back to clean out our dryer vents they do inside and outside the house great guy and great company.

Proactive Home Maintenance came out and cleaned our dryer vent and take a look at the buildup! Terrible. Don’t let yours get as nasty as ours, give them a call. They do an exceptional job-treat your property as if it was there own, work efficiently and effectively, and super kind. You will not be disappointed!

My husband wants to take care of some of the need home maintenance, and he even has most of the tools. But when he is home I want him to relax, and I don’t want him getting on the roof. Colton was amazing, professional and clean. He cleaned out my dryer vent and now my dryer works so much better! No need to buy a new one. Yay. Thanks Colton!

Colton did an excellent job cleaning my dryer. He was professional, thorough, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain the process and made sure everything was working properly before he left. The dryer is running better than it has in a long time. This was an awesome experience. On time and did an amazing job, Colton was a pleasant informative young man. Pleasantly surprised after having a bad experience with another company a couple weeks ago.
