Prestige Landscaping, Nursey

Stanley, owner of Prestige Landscape has done thousands of dollars of work for us. All of it good and timely. However, 3 bushes that he planted within the last year have all died. Original bushes on either side of new transplants are doing fine. I have called Stanley multiple times and he has promised to come and replace them. Still has not. I hate to write a negative review, as he is a very nice and knowledgeable man, but his customer service is not up to par. If there was/is a personal reason for the non-action, all he would have to is explain the situation and I’d be willing to cut him some slack.

after install was done i noticed trees where dying. turned out they had broken the sprinkler lines. after several text and no answer i called from another number. owner anseered and said he would be out that day after.5. he was a no show. wont take my calls. i had to pay a irrigation company to fix. $340 later and all my weed plastic tore up ill be tsking him to court. worse experience i ever had with a contractor. very very bad service.

They charged us $35 for a hibiscus bush that is $7 at Home Depot. We didn’t know any better at the time so foolishly bought it. It’s long dead. I’ve since seen far healthier and larger bushes AND trees for a fraction of the price. I’m disgusted by how they swindled us.

Not a home depot kind of place. Neighborhood business. Owner may be out working. Be patient. Make a call. Personal service. Good people
