Their plumber was in my house for 5 minutes and 46 seconds. Confirmed through Ring camera. He shined a light on the shower plumbing, said there were no leaks and his boss would be in touch for renovations. An hour later I was sent a bill for a $150 inspection fee. When I talked to them over the phone, the dropped the fee to $75 for less then 6 minutes of their time. The only positive I have to say is the employees I spoke with, and the plumber who came to my house were polite. Just seems to be a little expensive for someone to shine a flash light on some plumbing and then leave. I knew there would be a fee but I failed to clarify the amount before they came out.
