Although Jay did a good job cleaning my roof he left me with dead grass on the side of my house and in my back yard where the cleaning solution came out of the downspout. When I called him to tell him about the condition of my side yard he said it was like that when he got here....untrue because I had taken pictures of my yard the week before. Jay reluctantly said he would come back and rinse it off, which he did 5 days later.....by that point the damage was done. Also, I had received a flyer on my door the week before that had a $20 discount of which he said he wasn't honoring anymore....even though I literally got it a week before. Bait and switch advertising? For $200 I would have not expected dead grass to be the result of my roof being cleaned.

This is my second time using Jay Prestige pressure washing services. They did a great job pressure washing our roof, driveway and swale. They went above and beyond. They were very professional. Definitely would recommend. Thanks Jay.

Coming from Colorado I didn't realize how harsh the environment is on home exteriors. Also do you know how hard it is to get people to even respond to your inquiries? Flakes everywhere! Prestige responded immediately and booked my for a time. I hired them to soft scrub the pool enclosure and pressure wash all of the exterior front and back ground surfaces. They came and went while I was at work and when I came home I was blown away. Absolutely an incredible job, great price, I would have paid double.

Called for an estimate, sent some pictures of the areas to be cleaned, Jay quoted the job which was a very fair price. Showed up on the date and time expected and did more then we discussed and was still honoring original price. Most importantly the work was excellent, real attention to detail, no rushing, and as stated before did more then expected, highly recommend them, will definitely use them again!
